The Examining Authority’s Report and Recommendation has now been sent to the new Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Miatta Fahnbulleh MP. She has up to three months to consider the recommendation and decide whether any further information is needed before reaching a decision.
We won’t be able to see the Report until the decision is published on the PINS website in early November. Any late submissions accepted by the Examining Authority will have been forwarded to the Secretary of State with the Report and Recommendation.
